The Tarot and Relationships With Your Career

Our career can have a powerful influence on us because it’s normally such a large part of our life. Whether you have a job that you can be there, perform, and leave it there at the end of your work day, or if it’s the kind of job that doesn’t seem to have established work hours, it tends to take up a lot of our energy.

Here is a three-card spread in which a person is seeking guidance about their current career. The querent (or the person for whom the reading is being done) wants to know how they should proceed. The three cards are the 3 of Pentacles, the Knight of Pentacles, and the Page of Wands. The first card reveals that the querent is involved in some kind of apprenticeship and their talent is starting to get attention. The Knight of Pentacles goes on to say that they should go on in that path, for they will become very productive. The final card, the Page of Wands, lets us know that inspiration and limitless potential will be a part of this venture.

One interesting thing to note about this spread is that the Pentacles cards dominate, and Pentacles are about money and/or possessions.
